Barnes will put up equal numbers that Parsons had on the Mavs. And he will be healthy.

He can't do everything Parsons can. Parsons not being healthy doesn't mean that adding Harrison Barnes is more beneficial to the Mavericks than retaining Parsons would have been. Barnes at that contract is a complete ripoff and he will never put up numbers that justify it, whereas Parsons will justify his contract if he remains healthy.
