As everyone is saying, Infante is the worst All Star pick ever. It kind of makes people think if it was just a joke on Manuel's part.

I think its stupid to have 1 player from every team selected, the best players should make it because they deserve it the most.

NBA is the only sport major sport that doesn't do that...

Its an easy way to make sure each team's fanbase is represented by at least 1 guy because if not that wouldn't be fair. Each team deserves to send 1 guy to the game. Its the fan's game and its covering the MLB's back to make sure everyone has a little bit of satisfaction
