I've always felt if someone does something so bad, that they get the death penalty for it, then they shouldn't go peacefully.  Make them suffer.  That may be inhumane, but so was what they did to deserve it, so fuck it.

False. The only way that justice could come to fruition in this situation is if this fucker was given a bullet to the head on live television.
