The worst part is ad still talking like its ok and it sounded like he will continue to do it. Spanking is one thing but a tree branch is too far.

You don't call it objectively. If you aren't fully aware of the topic/subject matter, or the topic itself is somewhat unknown, you ALWAYS suspect foul play on the woman's part.

The majority of people that refer to society as hyper sensitive or just use terms like sensitive or politically correct are white males, because they're the only group in the United States that has never been discriminated against in the United States.

Oh, because people have never assumed that we've automatically got it easy, don't know jack shit about anything, are incapable of understanding other races' cultures, automatically have some feeling of "white privilege," etc. No matter what we say or do or believe, we're wrong. Incapable of not being assholes, apparently.

Our world is absolutely, undoubtedly hyper-sensitive.

You are not giving me credit for the things I don't say. For instance, I'm not one of those assholes who says "bitch deserved it" or "she probably had it coming" or anything even close to "women shouldn't try to make men mad," etc. I simply try to point out that things should be kept in perspective and that things aren't as black and white as they seem, most o the time, especially domestic situations that we only see from afar. For instance, the initial reports on the Greg Hardy situation painted it as incredibly fishy. Because that's all I'd heard, I mentioned how fishy the situation sounded. I had not yet seen the victim statement, etc, and once I did, I revised my point of view on the situation. I had no idea more information was available to the public. You are painting me as a sexist, misogynist individual when I, quite frankly, am not even close to that.

I can't help but feel like people are overreacting to this.

Adrian Peterson activated, expected to play, Sunday.

I am absolutely sickened by this decision. Once again, the Vikings fuck up. They screwed up the Kluwe situation, royally, and they're trying to fuck up this situation, too.

RR gets suspended indefinitely, released for snuffing his wife. AP gets nothing but a sit out for one week and gets to play next week

I'm not. I personally think they should be able to play until a verdict in court.

Well no, I'm fine with a team disciplining someone after the court, regardless of the courts decision. The team is in their own right to review the evidence and disciplining their employee.

Like, AP was arrested, that's enough for any employer to suspend them for a short term. After that, reinstate him while the justice system does it's thing. Regardless of the outcome, they can look at the evidence and make their own decision.

I would say those charges are much more serious.

A.P. being investigated for more child abuse

CBS 11 Houston reports Adrian Peterson is being investigated for another child abuse accusation involving one of his other sons.

According to the news station, one of Peterson's four-year-old son's was disciplined by Peterson for cursing at one of his siblings. The boy sustained a scar over his right eye. Peterson has at least five children with multiple different women, and is believed to have as many as seven kids out of wedlock. If more information comes to light, the Vikings could discipline Peterson yet again.

Ehhhhh wrong time to reactive him now.

I agree with this 100%, I said it yesterday or Saturday. But that doesn't change my expectations of how the league handles these things.

I agree as well, unless the act is basically admitted to/confirmed. In this case, Peterson said he did discipline his kid this way, so he should be suspended now.
