The text isn't great, and some sorta effect (apply image, desaturate, hard light 100%) wouldn't be bad.

I always do the hard light desat gig. I wanted to try and make this more vibrant so I used a few photo, sel. col., vibrance and colour filters.

not bad, text is an improvement, but the big bright spots take away from the focal. Try making them dimmer or removing them, and then bring the text lower and to the left a bit. but KIU, especially with the text work
