We will be starting our 6th annual SI player rankings.

Don't be afraid to share your opinion, whether it's a popular one or not.  We will once again be going 10 spots deep at all 5 positions.

Please remember these two things, please vote on the polls and vote for the best player, don't be a homer.  Most of the polls will be open 24 hours, but if the first place vote getter gets 5 or more votes than the second vote getter than I will close the thread if I'm around.

Remember, this is based on who is currently the best player, not who has the potential to be the best.  Who would you take today?

2016 SI SG Rankings
1) Klay Thompson
2) James Harden
3) Jimmy Butler
4) DeMar Derozan
5) CJ McCollum
6) Dwyane Wade

This is a tough one, Beal, Bradley, Middleton, and Reddick are all solid choices here

Holy shit yall really sleeping on beal huh. A player gets injured and everyone forgets so quickly lol i guess its true when they say people only care about what has happened recently. Stop being such prisoners of the moment. Beal is going off this year

AD as in Anthony Davis? Dude put up 24/10 on an injured year -- who's forgetting him?

Everyone forgot about him. He went from mvp talks a year before to barely being mentioned now with the top dogs.

I really hope Davis' durability improves.  He's such a unique talent, I'd hate to see him consistently missing 20+ games every year.

I wouldn't end it on a 3-2-1 vote. Gotta let it play out
