Its because they have a top 5 coach in the league. Its not their fault that no superstar they saved caproom for didnt want to come to Dallas. Dwight, Deron, Lebron, Melo, and Lamarcus. It makes sense because they would be carrying the load right after Dirk retires without much help. They are stuck in this state of transition until Dirk retires or they can resign another all-star caliber player.

Dirk is still really good and that will put them in the 6-8 spot for years to come. Oh yea and 1 more thing, everybody in this fucking board shitted on the Mavs and I was the only one to say that they would make the playoffs. And now everyone says they suck and they are pathetic for getting the 6th seed?
