Interesting how Diaz went from elite closer to mediocre at best in a short time. Perhaps the bright lights of New York didn't agree with him? He isn't the first player that couldn't make it in New York.

Right now he's worse than mediocre.

I do think a lot of it has been in his head for a few months now.

That was the final nail in the coffin to our season. Cut Diaz. Cut Avilan. Basically get rid of every reliever other than Lugo because they're all garbage.

They recovered today with a 8-4 win. Just stay behind the dbacks for the wild card race would ya..
