No USA and no Holland. I think I'm gonna ride with Belgium this year.

Think Ive decided to pull for England. Definitely know that theyll choke, but those are the guys I watch every week in the premier league, so I figure Ill roll with them.

Whos everybody else pulling for? Only 3 days away

Hoping for a Cinderella run for Egypt, but realistically Im pulling for France, England or Belgium. Argentina will be fun as hell to watch too.

So Spain fired their manager a day before the tournament starts.

I'm not an expert, but this seems like a very bad decision.

Was he really fired? I thought he stepped down because he took the Real job

He agreed, in secret, to take the job after the tournament. After the Spanish FA found out, and Real announced it officially, they fired him.

Saucy.

I love World Cups and Euros. Although I don't think I'll get to watch many games this year.
But nothing better than a night world cup marquee game

Having the games at night would be such a different experience haha. I guess us Americans finally experience that in 2026

the one sport we usually have the time zone advantage. It really is dope, especially in public.

Unfortunately the only two times I witnessed my country in a big tournament, we sucked balls.

As weird as it may sound, Im pretty happy the USA isnt in this. They definitely needed the reality check to fix things in the program and move on from the old veterans, and itll also be fun to have a World Cup without the fake American fans who dont actually know soccer and leave immediately once USA gets eliminated

That went about as well as you could have hoped for Russia. Winning by 5 is huge in case their advancement comes down to a tiebreaker.
