I gave them a chance
You cant keep doing the same thing over and over

Everything that i said

Derozan was given so many years and he kept defrozing. At some point you have to move on if the player isnt performing. Cant stay loyal just bc he likes toronto. He not that good, so therefore it was time to move on

If he was a killer and performed well in the playoffs, this probably wouldnt have happened. But when youre not that good, see ya
I loved that press conference. He was honest about why he traded Demar and fired Casey. He could have done it sooner but he was patient and stuck with them. He's sick of being a perenial early round playoff team.

Random thought ... I may be one of the only guys who thinks the Raptors is such a lame and random team name for a team from Toronto. They need to go back to the Huskies cause those blue jerseys are pretty sick. I think those would be in contention for best jerseys in the league. Plus it goes with the all blue Toronto scheme with Leafs and Blue Jays. Its dope when a city has correlating team colour schemes like Pittsburgh with black and yellow.

Basically teams only need to be loyal when it’s beneficial to them, which isn’t really loyalty at all. But players need to be loyal all the time whether or not it benefits them

Huskies just sounds more for hockey
It stays true to the first basketball team in Toronto and it at least makes more sense than the Raptors name lol. That's just me though...

On November 1, 1946, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the Toronto Huskies hosted the New York Knickerbockers at Maple Leaf Gardens, in a game the NBA now refers to as the first played game in NBA history.
Gotta go back to the Huskies man lol

The raptors name also came out of the popularity of Jurassic Park and Barney

Gordon Hayward is a white dude who's obsessed with video games, and has lived in Indiana, Utah, and Boston.

Safe to say I'm not surprised by his political affiliations.
