I think if Celtics dont get someone like Jimmy or Kawhi, Kyrie will leave

kyrie isnt leaving based on the talent in boston. its whether he wants larger market allure with the Knicks, Nets, or Clippers.

So trading young controllable assets for an expiring is dumb as hell. Either Kyrie is re-signing as it is, or hes just going to take Kawhi/Jimmy to wherever he goes next

Theres no doubt about it

I just dont think Minny would take Hayward, thats why im not even really entertaining it

If they would, for sure gotta do that

I mean if it came down to Jimmy leaving for nothing or getting Hayward, I think they would be fine with that. But thats probably the only way.

Boston is not trading Gordon Hayward.

Hes got the lowest possible value that he could, and the Celtics would never land another big Free Agent as long as Danny Ainge runs the team.

Hes the second least likely to be moved on the team, Tatum being #1

I think they would possibly entertain it if it meant they could keep Kyrie. But maybe they don't care so much about Kyrie and would be fine rolling with Rozier.

I hope Kyrie leaves now

So Celtics fans realize what they coulda had when they were scared to make a real super team because their assets are so important

Thats fair, CC and Paulius. But I don't think Butler is the guy that puts them over the top especially if theyre going to trade high upside assets like Brown. Short term success is nice, but the celtics mo appears to be trying sustain a long term success.

See thats what i'm saying...Kyrie is very important to keep. And if trading Hayward meant you get Butler AND can keep Kyrie. You do it.

Doesnt put them over the top of warriors, but gets them closer imo

And when you consider the fact that it would probablt help to re sign Kyrie, you got to do it

Jaylen is nice but i dont see him as arguably a top 10 player

If yall think that of all the players in the league, its Jimmy Butler that would keep Kyrie in Boston, then yall are crazy.

Paulie, I want you to say that you ACTUALLY believe that Boston cant win a title with the current roster, but that they would with Butler over Jaylen

They would if Butler said he's walking for nothing if they don't.

And if Kyrie just wanted to team up with Jimmy in the East, yeah that would do it. You know Lebron and PG aren't going anywhere. Cousins next year, Kawhi possibly, but I'd put Jimmy right there with them.

You know how i feel about Jimmy

He had the Wolves as s 3rd seed last year in the West before getting hurt. Hes underrated

I do believe your chances of upsetting the Warriors increase with Jimmy. In the finals, would you rather trust Jimmy or a 21 year old? I think the answer is obvious

So last year yall got to the ecf game 7 without Kyrie nd Hayward. Jaylen shit the bed in the ecf

Now add jimmy instead of Jaylen and also add kyrie and Hayward

Bruh thats a scary squad. I dont get why Jimmy always gets so underrated. Hes a difference maker

He’s a nice playmaker too which would fit right in for you guys. Clutch too. Having him and Kyrie would be so sick
