just logically it doesnt make sense for him to leave

like, he has to leave boston because he isnt the guy? joining up with Butler and Porzingis doesnt make you more of The Guy than in Boston because Tatum is promising. Boston is Kyries team, same way it was Isaiahs

The only reason he should sign with New York is if he cares more about branding than he does winning, and idk how good of an image that sends. Also the two that hes closest with on the team are Tatum and Jaylen...

The biggest downside to playing for the Celtics is they're the 3rd or 4th most popular team in the city, which is BS lol. A player for the Celtics will not be as famous as one for the Patriots, unfortunately. But the same goes for NY, where the Knicks are behind the Yankees and Giants anyways...
