I think the beef was with them though and David west was probably being dramatic

We didn't see this though this year
because they coasted into a sweep of the finals. it didnt feel as good it did last year, and thats now 3 in a row for Steph and 4 of the last 5. Winning fatigue is real, man

Why would they beef tho?

Curry knew what he signed up for when he recruited KD
He gave away his fmvps by wanting kd on the team

Its on him. Nothing to be upset over now

James Ennis to the rockets
very nice

Im still scratching my head at why so many people are saying stuff like houston has had a bad offseason losing luc and trevor

Im just like really? That narrative is so bad

Losing valuable rotation players from a 65 win team and replacing them with worse players isn't a bad thing?

Regular season doesn't really matter does it?

Luc played good in the regular season but missed round 1 and when he came back he was shitty. He had zero impact in the warriors series that would have been won if chris paul stayed healthy.

And ariza, same thing. Hes good but hes replaceable. Its not like hes a defensive superstar. Hes good. He also was shitty in game 7. Went like 0-12

Guys will be cut mid season. Trades happen

Doubting Morey seems foolish

Ariza
28% from 3 (5 attempts per game) in the playoffs

They can improve on that, cant they? He got 15m, let him go

People just are too quick to judge and too quick to dismiss these days. Rockets will be fine. The overreacting is so dumb

Luc's injury clearly impacted him in the playoffs, if he's healthy it certainly lightens Ariza's workload so he doesn't completely run out of gas in game 7. All those games guarding Durant for 40 minutes just killed him. And even if you don't think those two are that valuable, I'd still say they're better options than James Ennis and Michael Carter-Williams.

They arent done anyways

And sure i would have liked luc to stay if i could pick one, but they still almost got to the finals essentially without him

Ennis and MCW have upside. Morey's goal is to sign guys who will over perform their contract
MCW is a good defender and now is with the PH whisperer btw

Rockets are fine. 2nd best team out west still
