I agree with the ejection perspectives of those calls. Both instances in that video were deserving of ejections based on the hits taken
 
but man, its gonna be tough to guard the smaller, shiftier guys now. like that tackle shown against the colts wr... thats gonna be impossible to tackle without penalty

You cant. Guys that go low (Edelman and Dola especially) are now impossible to bring down when they lower their own heads and try to barrel for extra yardage. You essentially have to push them down, not tackle them at that point
