Cardinals have a good amount of talent on offense. Fitz, DJ, Kirk, JJ, etc, but they have awful playcalling

He's terrible. idk how he keeps getting jobs. He "coached" Peyton for 2 years and parlayed it into a HC spot and 2 more OC jobs.
 
Just an awful situation for Rosen too. I feel like putting a young QB with a strictly defensive minded head coach is a recipe for trouble. Hopefully they bring in somebody like DeFilippo next year.
