It's not a super strong team, but it fits what Lebron's looking for. Dame is what he missed from Kyrie this year, Aminu is the Roberson role of taking defenders. Nurkic and Collins are both good frontcourt guys, and AB is a really good piece as a #3 scoring option/top defender to let Dame go off
 
Its not as talented as Houston is but the Nike HQ reason is legit imo.
 
EDIT: or trade more picks along with harkless+leonard and keep cj, use the exception on someone else
