The carrying annoys the shit out of me. Just enforce it. These guys are all 6+ feet. It's not that hard to dribble correctly.

As for travels--call 'em all. I think one of the worst trends at all levels of basketball is the catch, two footed re-set, and shoot. It's definitely a travel, but the whole sequence happens so fast officials can't definitively say they established possession before moving their feet, so they never call it. Should be an automatic travel every time.
