One of those 80s laker teams

Maybe a shaq and kobe team

Id probably take whatever peak heat team. 2011? At least to face them, to win idk
2011 heat team is definitely not a team you wanna pick haha

But id take kobe and shaq every day

It is lebrons fault, you’re right
If he doesnt team up with the heat, no way KD does it
Now hes suffering bc of his decision to team up in miami
lebron did do that. But at least his team was shitty

I was so pissed when the bulls traded jordan bell to the warriors for cash

Everyone was surprised he didnt go in the first round. He was going to be a steal. And lo and behold, here comes the warriors because reinsdorf wanted to save some money

Every team needs to boycott the warriors. No trades. Fuck them

I love Steve kerr. Always has a great message

But then you see luke walton win games, you see mike brown win games. Kerr will likely retire in the next few years.

Great coaches matter. But rosters matter more

Couple things

To be fair, we didnt trade Bell for cash, we traded the pick for cash. Warriors just drafted thru us so it seems like we took him, then dealt him. The thing is, 98% is that we weren’t going to draft him either way man. Thats what people dont wanna hear tho because its not a fun troll

Who they were going to draft is irrelevant to me. A rebuilding team trading away a potential asset for literally nothing of value to the franchise is an inexcusable move.

Yeah idc if the bulls have bell. I know they had lopez, felicio, bobby, niko

My point was trading the pick to the warriors

Why not just draft and stash

No doubt about it

But you must understand one thing

Jerry also owns the White Sox, and he used that money to pay some rookie pitchers salary. Its a business move that we as fans dont wanna see happen because we’re fans of the team. We tend to forget about the business part of the game

That being said, Jerry and Garpax are bums either way. They’re all about the money, but all i was saying is that they didnt trade Jordan Bell as people like to say. They traded the pick.

Ok im not gonna argue kawhi vs kd till i die

Bc i can understand why someone would take him over Kawhi

But having kawhi outside the top 3 is unreal, thats all im really arguing

Ill still take Kawhi over anyone in the league, simple as that
its like you forget that Steph is a 2x MVP. "recency bias"

Curry in '15-16 was the unanimous MVP. His offensive win shares that year, 13.8, is insane. Lebron only beat that number once in his career, being the year where he was a near-unanimous MVP but a Celtics beat writer voted Melo just to spite James. Durant also beat that number in his MVP season. Kobe never got to that mark, nor did Harden, Russ, Kawhi (hasn't even surpassed 9.0), Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Shaq, Tim Duncan... do I need to go on?

Only Jordan was consistent in getting above 14 offensive win shares in a season.

Kawhi is a fantastic defender, and yeah his offense really blossomed last season, making him a real two-way threat. But his offense is not comparable to KD or Steph. Durant's TS% since 2012 is an average of 64% and for Curry 65.2% since 2014, where as Kawhi hasn't even passed 62% in the regular season once. His 12 game playoff stretch was great, but again, its 12 games.

I'm fine putting Kawhi fourth. But man, he's not better than Curry. That man changed the game.

Wouldnt take a heat team

But Id take the bad boys if I had early 90s rules for sure

Probably a spurs team too

And all the teams you mentioned

Maybe even the mid 90s rockets

2001 Lakers would probably be their toughest matchup, because Shaq would eat

Is there any way the Rockets can get LeBron and keep Clint?

Like can LeBron opt in, force a trade there then the Rockets sign Clint to his deal?
