Hes all about chemistry, and team basketball

He was so succesfull in Euroleague because while other old coaches still played old style basketball, while he was steps ahead and had a Spurs/Warriors like system just with shitty players. And even those shitty players had unbelievable seasons. If it wasnt for him, the point guard woudnt have just signed with Barselona for millions

Ball movement, stretch the floor, but what he needs is a real point guard. I love the fact that lowry has become more about passing and team basketball, that WILL really help

Nice I'm glad Masai's thinking outside the box with this one. I would be fine with him or Messina.

The thing with his passion is that it helps the team

Players see how much he cares for the game and how much he wants to win and it carries onto the entire team

They end up playing their hearts out for him

He would have build some sort of rapport with his players off the court for him to be able to do what he does on the court. But judging from interviews that might not be a problem.
I like what he says here

Amazing tweets by some bum

Masai Ujiri wouldn't have travelled all the way to Lithuania to personally meet with Sarunas Jasikevicius if he didn't seriously consider him for the job. And why not? Sure, he has no experience, but Raptors need something fresh and there is nobody out there hungrier than Saras.

FUCKING FACTS

Best NBA comparison for Sarunas Jasikevicius is Brad Stevens, without question, young and brilliant tactically, proven winner that squeezes the most out of what he has. The difference is he's a lot louder, expressive, vocal. Huge personality.

Hahah also facts

The only thing that might be a concern is how they react to his personality on the court but like I said, I don't think it would be a problem if their off the court relationship is solid.

Im sold on him though.
