Dude there are definitely different circumstances that affect each individual situation.
 
Take Klay Thompson in GSW -- if he truly wanted to be considered the GOAT and be the leader of his own team, would you call it disloyal for him to want to leave Steph and KD when he fits FA in 2019? 
 
Probably not, because they're the "super team" that nobody likes because its not fair. I wouldn't give shit to Klay if he'd rather be the best player on the Clippers than to be at best the #3 guy on a team with two known mega stars.
 
And that's the relation to Kyrie. He won a title, and got that accomplishment. He wanted to show he could do it himself, like Harden did away from OKC, like Kobe did when Shaq left...
