Clippers are good man. The Zubac trade by the Lakers is a freaking disaster LMFAO

Told you guys they weren't tanking

I dont like that Russ included his wife, should have just kept it between the two of them

Also maybe he misheard? But Ppatt tweeting that confirms it, he sat right next to him

I dont think Russ would go off this extreme if it wasnt for no reason. He’s heard of it all through his career, but this time he just went off extra hard

That dude is a straight racist though if you look at his old tweets lol. Apparently hes been deleting everything

I disagree

Makes them more attractive to free agents, especially in LA. They have just as much cap as the Lakers do. They clearly have a better front office and role players. Why would any free agent choose the Lakers over the clips? I would also argue they have a better AD package should they entertain that deal

And if they keep their pick this year, Boston gets next years so either way they're losing a pick. Really doesn't matter

Isn't it lottery protected both years?

Either way, a lottery pick is another valuable piece they could use in a package for AD, or whoever.

I don't think getting swept by the Warriors or Rockets in the first round is going to have any impact on free agent interest.

They definitely shouldnt be tank

All about setting up the culture of winning
Thats what attracts big FAs

They have so many good role player, all they need is a star or two

Plus Jwest is the man. Been on repeat that he’ll make a championship team real soon. Thats what he does

Also Snipes was right, gotta give Doc coy

Yea probably but it would just take a lot to beat them. They have a lot of dogs on that team. It would be a dog fight every game. Not ideal for the first round

You could replace the Clippers with the other four playoff teams in that statement, tbh.

I'm more bullish on Denver than most seem to be. I wouldn't be shocked if they made the wcf.

That isn't a prediction. I just think it's a little foolish to count them out this soon. Especially if they have home court in the second round.
