Yeah he was good no one is disagreeing
I even predicted he would win MVP before most people saw it in him

I used to love Rose.

He's been great this year. I'm genuinely interested in how his next contact will look lol

So I heard some interesting stuff this morning. The Pels and Celtics are discussing a trade for AD, and its possible that they agree to the framework of the deal before the deadline. The issue is contingencies, neither team can really be trusted in that scenario. What happens if Tatum suffers a massive injury? Or one of those picks Boston owns jumps in the lottery? Or the Knicks get the first pick in the draft and offer it. They both know that but are still working together. If they get the framework done, Boston would essentially control AD the rest of the season. If they decide they dont want him playing, he would sit out. The guy said he would go as high as a 98% probability that AD is in Boston next season.

What would be your favorite outcome as a Pels fan? Tatum? Zion?

It really depends, personally I would rather Morant or Barrett over Zion, and I would prefer them over Tatum. But, Boston would include more than just Tatum. I guess it all depends on what else would be included.

Pels are looking for Tatum, Brown, Smart, and 3 or more firsts btw. Which sounds like a lot, but its part of the push from Boston to agree in principle now.

Its kind of crazy that celtics and pelicans are out here agreeing on shit to wait till the summer but has anyone asked AD what hes gonna do once his contract expires?

If he wants LA, he will get LA eventually. Celtics gotta be careful but scared money dont make none so gotta go for it

Yeah, I don't think you can pass on Zion, especially when you consider his marketability off the court too.

Ainge this morning on 98.5, on trading for guys with 1 year left on their deals

Yes. But it depends on the situation. It depends on the player, the circumstances and the package you have to trade for him. Weve had a chance to do it and have done it, and weve had a chance to do it and have not done it.
