I mean anything can happen in the lottery. But if I have to pick between those two teams, I'd say Zion to PHX and RJ to CHI as far as fit goes.
 
Obviously PHX is toxic though so I feel bad for whoever goes there. CHI might be heading that way too. Need a good coach hiring.
