Is Jon Gruden himself leaking the news about him getting head coaching gigs every year so ESPN will throw more money at him?
 
He won a Super Bowl with Tony Dungy's team 15 years ago, and was average at best after that until he was fired.  I just don't understand why teams would throw half of what's rumored to him every single time his name comes up.
 
Chuck Pagano has a higher career win % than Gruden, and he's getting fired tomorrow.

100% yes. I would not be surprised if former coaches had their agents leak that once in a while so the networks cough up more money to keep them. Million % chance Bill Cowher has done it.
