that's a guy who analyzes QBs for a living on why Kaep is better than Flacco (or at least was last year)

In regards to Kaep, his career took a spin when Harbaugh left and he was left with some bad coaches. The Niners were a dumpster fire -- not many QB's numbers are going to look great when you have very minimal talent.

Distraction? He becomes the primary subject of conversation the second he steps in a team's locker room. Not even to mention he's a divisive figure.

Also now players have to give cliched answers to questions about Kaep rather than cliched answers about the game? Even when a lot of them are being asked about Kaep now. Doesn't seem like it would really distract from much, it's not like the coach stops film study to ask the players how they feel about the current political climate because Kaep is on the team now. That's a really poor excuse not to sign a guy
