Lakers pretty much have to win the lotto because history shows, the 3rd team usually falls out because someone jumps up
In order to avoid that, lakers must win the lotto
Odds are against that

God i hope they miss

Maybe back then it was, when that's how the lottery was done. Now, it would be stupid to think it's fixed

The year before Lebron returned, cavs had a 1.7% chance to get the first pick second year in row and surprisingly got it , which turned into K Love

Everything has a purpose in this league

Or when the Bulls had a 1.8% chance to land the first pick to draft a guy from CHICAGO ?

Not to even mention Akron born Lebron and Cleveland

Theres so many more fishy ones. Lakers are trying to get back into contention, the leagues going to help...and theres a player from LA who can probably become quite good and has lots and lots of hype..

Im obviously not saying its 100% rigged, i dont know, n its become a running joke at this point, but its all just very coincidental and if Lonzo ends up in LA, thats another one to the list

Also dont be surprised if the Knicks jump into the top 3, knicks need help

My favourite lottery result is Kings winning and Lakers losing their pick
kings can't win the lottery. philly has a swap option, so at best kings pick 2nd (philly and kings go 1-2, in either order)

The NBA probably told Lebron to go to Miami. Have that whole storyline, while the Cavs rebuild and set themselves up for his return and eventual championship for Cleveland.

Actually, that's just a joke because I'm not a conspiracy theorist but that's a really plausible idea.

And in return he had to throw the Mavs series

A few of those Clippers teams definitely would have made the conference finals if they played in the east tho

They didn't have to waste all that time to describe how they took a plain 70s logo and put a different font on it. How about they put some effort into having better kerning for their headings.
