Still not sure how IT and fultz or lonzo will work
IT can absolutely play off ball. and fultz is a superstar in the waiting, so it'll definitely work just fine. defense could be rough but if lillard/mccollum works than so could that

This is the arguement i had with bosox mid season about the future of boston

I said either go all in and get jimmy and go for the ship, or start fresh around fultz or lonzo and trade IT bradley and horford for more youth/picks

At this point it really makes no sense to max a 29 year old IT, pay bradley, and expect them to do anything with fultz/lonzo.....still going to be mediocre af

Its neither here or there

Trade these older bums, and start fresh around fultz/lonzo

Lets not sit here and pretend like fultz or lonzo will help this roster and will get them any further. Cant turn into the clippers and do what they just did the last 5+ years. And ffs stop thinking yall have assets, all those assets fucking blow
and you haven't listened fucking one time, ever, to what i've said. and it's been the same thing over and over and over again.

1. We signed Horford to lure in Durant, and we got in his Top 3 choices. Wouldn't have happened if we didn't sign Al. And none the less he's better than anyone else we could have signed

2. You think trading Bradley, Crowder, Jaylen, and the BKN pick for Butler would have made us title contenders? We're getting smoked in the 1st round right now and you think one guy, at the cost of 3 heavy rotation players, will put us ahead of Cleveland? That's a joke and a half.

3. It only makes sense to trade talent if you are the ones tanking. We're currently putting up 50+ wins and getting top picks, so why would we trade our tradeable players? Once we're out of Brooklyn picks then sure, but why would you cash out of the poker table when you're playing with house money?

2. Have a hard time believing it would have to be bradley crowder jaylen AND the pick. You guys easily could have gotten it done around the pick involving jaylen or smart, but ainge was extremely greedy the entire deadline, and now its biting him in the ass

You have to pay for stars man. You cant expect to get a proven two way star for a bag of chips bro

3. Whats the point of being a 50 win team then if youre gonna draft fultz/lonzo. Whats the point of keeping IT and the rest around just to get the 50 wins?

Full tank mode will work out better for the future instead of playing this "we have assets" game and we can win 50 games a year but whats the point of all that? Either go all in and get IT another star or go full out tank mode and get young studs around fultz/lonzo and get ready for the era after warriors/cavs

I just dont get you wanting to stay a 50 win team, keeping the old guys, and also havibg fultz/lonzo. Neither here or there man

I think if Casey gets fired the Raptors should give Jerry Stackhouse a look for the job.

Understand what? That yall about to max a 29 year old IT who wont age well? Then pay bradley, smart, and the rest just to keep winning 50 games and staying mediocre?

Then get fultz/lonzo and expect a ship all of a sudden?

Blow it all the fuck up and build around fultz/lonzo , or trade your "assets" who are losing value by day btw, for another star to make a run for a ship. IT horford and the rest arent getting younger bro

Or i mean, yall can do what u wanna do and stay mediocre if thats cool with you and your fans, but i just dont see why not get some youth/picks from IT Horford Bradley while theyre still somewhat respected in the league and not totally over the hill. Why wait till they get over the hill , be mediocre all the years, and then say ok time to get fultz/lonzo some help once theyre 25ish. Zero sense. Stratch it all, blow it up, or trade the brooklyn pick to chicago.

We haven't even had time to point in a direction yet. You're implying that because we didn't want to give Chicago a fucking ransom for Jimmy Butler, that we should have just traded away Isaiah, Horford, Jae, and Bradley mid-year because we're building around Jaylen and the next two BKN picks?

And also for the sake of this entire forum, please shut the living fuck up about this. NOBODY wants to hear you complain about what the Celtics could have/should have done, because nobody else cares. Everyone is sick of seeing the two of us bicker over this, and i'm sick of dealing with your incompetence to just shut up. So goddamn stop.

next game is on espn, so that's possibly winnable. game 4 is on tnt, so we're down 1-3 at best.
