yeah, its not like we're trying to say lebron isn't deserving of these titles he's earned. but literally if Ray Allen did not make that shot in 2013 the Heat lose the Finals. LeBron goes from 3-4 to 2-5 career in the Finals if that shot doesn't fall.CameronCrazy06 said:Oh I remember. It was the no headband game
Once again, doesn't change the fact that his legacy was saved by ray Allen and later Kyrie
I personally think Lebron's peak talent is above Jordan's. But Jordan regularly exercised his clutch peak talent far more often than Lebron did. James was/is passive at times, trying to be a Magic-esque distributor, while Jordan just knew to take over because he knew he would win itCameronCrazy06 said:Anybody who says LeBron is better than MJ exposes their lack of basketball knowledge pretty quickly

And for last year, from after 4:52 on the clock to the final buzzer the two teams were a combined 2-18 shooting -- a Klay Thompson 2ft floater with 4:39 left to tie the game, and Kyrie's dagger three with 0:53 left. This one is not as direct as the 2013 one but even so, if Kyrie doesn't make that basket it makes it a much easier chance for the Warriors to win that game.
LeBron could have been 1-6 in his Finals career, and that's all thats being said. It's why personally I take more value in that he's made 8 finals than his to-be 3-5 record in them. Like, Jordan only made the Finals 6 times and James made it 8. It's definitely impressive
It'd be impressive if he had ANY competition in the east over that time. But alas he hasntbosoxlover12 said:yeah, its not like we're trying to say lebron isn't deserving of these titles he's earned. but literally if Ray Allen did not make that shot in 2013 the Heat lose the Finals. This hasn't been mentioned but LeBron's competition in the playoffs throughout his career is better than Magic's was and no one ever seems to mention that Magic had a cakewalk to the finalsCameronCrazy06 said:It'd be impressive if he had ANY competition in the east over that time. But alas he hasnt
13 50 win teams beaten in the playoffs versus what... 8?BNC said:This hasn't been mentioned but LeBron's competition in the playoffs throughout his career is better than Magic's was and no one ever seems to mention that Magic had a cakewalk to the finals
Lmao wtf was curry supposed to do? Encourage his front office to tell KD to sign elsewhere?Big Poppa said:Yessir. Curry basically built the warriors success along with dray klay and iggy, and KD just came in and about to steal his legacy as the man of the warriors
Curry is soft af for that, had a chance to do big things....still will, but just not the same now
And lowkey KD is smart but still a bitch obviously. He knew hes better than all these dudes on gs, he knew the game would be so easy for him that he'd drop 30+ every game on great efficiency and the reason is, BECAUSE HE DOESNT GET DOUBLE OR TRIPLED TEAM ANYMORE. No team can leave any of the warrior players open to go double up on KD, and i mean listen, hes a great scorer and all and we know that, but playing one on one is nothing for sucha scorer. Walk in a park. Imagine if MJ Kobe etc didnt get doubled or triple teamed lmao
For a casual fan, KD must be GOAT to them right now by seeing those two games, but let not forget who hes playing with and the reasons why hes playing like this

Dont act like the front office would have went after him if the big 3 was against it and didnt recruit himsnipezo said:Lmao wtf was curry supposed to do? Encourage his front office to tell KD to sign elsewhere?
