Celtics are in a weird spot with IT now.

Do they let a guy averaging 30 a game walk next year, or give a 30 year old midget 200 million dollars to play in what will be a clogged back court?

I don't know why people don't think Isaiah can't play with Fultz. Both of them are very capable off ball, and the combo of them running P&R is unbelievable. its obv not a strong defensive line, but they'll make it work.

Isaiah's still very much safe. One of Crowder or Bradley, however, lost a good amount of job security imo

I want a detailed prediction of the Celtics' summer.
Do you actually? Because I absolutely plan on doing so, just probably on /r/bostonceltics

like man. we made the ECF, we got the #1 overall pick, and by letting olynyk walk and getting rid of rozier we have max cap space for Gordon Hayward.

Like, its looking really fucking good for our future

if he qualifies for all nba, sure. but he might not get the dpve.

For $6M over four years, is that worth it? he does get a 5th year added in utah, but at the same time one would think they'd rather enter FA as a 31 year old than a 32 year old, in respects to the next contract. he'd get to play in the weaker conference, play for his college coach, play for the inherently racist boston crowd that would LOVE a white superstar...

Hayward to Boston is surely a legitimate scenario

Because I'm obviously a terrible barometer for things like this --

would the Sixers trade the 2018 unprotected Lakers pick to move from #3 to #1 to get Fultz? Josh Jackson definitely fits the Danny Ainge Identity better than Fultz (even though Markelle is by far the most talented player in the draft), and to have two potential Top 5 picks in 2018?

I just don't know if Philly does that

I think people are gonna stop trading good ass picks in general.
Sixers are probably happy with Jackson.
The Lakers could be a bottom ~7 team again

For a one year rental? Doubt it

Hes following kobe steps and going to LA, which is dumb of him to do with the roster they have but he do what he wants
