nah theyre dated. The current ones look as good today as they did 18 years ago, and will in 18 more years

Font isnt as good as the current
The one stripe isnt a great look
The numbers are the same as the old laker numbers. With the Block and everything

They are good throwbacks. But very much stuck in the 90s

it's more the collars and the colors that i like about it

the red hue is better on the throwbacks than the current ones

in general, i like the red jersey with black lettering and white outlining and black jersey with red lettering and white outlining. if i didn't have work today i'd PS an edit of their current jerseys with the throwback color scheme and i think it'd look better

i also hate the wishbone collars

This is what I'd go for in a rebrand. You could modernize the numbers a little and make them smaller, but overall the retro looking numbers with the 3D bevel look awesome.

But the current heat set is better and i hope they keep it for a long time. Modern classics
