Like I'm disappointed we're not getting PG13 but I find it just hysterical that this is the trade the Pacers did

Maybe its so the IU fans will come to their games now that their only marketable guy bailed on them
im shocked

Is this more shocking than the boogie trade?

I dont get GMs

not as shocking as the boogie trade because that came out of nowhere. we knew george would be dealt, just not the thunder

but the kings trade was better than this trade. oladipo is literally just starting an $85M contract this year, which is way too high

Also interesting ramifications for Gordon Hayward

Not having a George-to-Boston possibility definitely lessens his chances of going to Boston. Still could happen, but who knows now

But at the same time, OKC probably jumps the Jazz in the standings, and Houston looks better this season, and you should never count out Kawhi. The West just got a good bit better and that could be incentive to go to the East for Hayward

after taxes George would make $24M over four years by staying in OKC over going to the lakers

Also how did we strike out? Indy clearly wanted to move him before FA, and Boston literally was not going to do that because they need the cap for Hayward

If Indy waited they might have been able to steal the Laker pick next year if GH signs with us... too late now tho

But we hardly struck out
