yea, the Red Sox are making the playoffs
dbacks have no shotPWNdroia said:If the Rockies play into it, it's a blessing in disguise.
I'm surprised at the Rockies, but I think maybe they could hold up all season. Just maybe. Even if they dont, they'll still give the Dodgers a run for their money, along with the Diamondbacks.
They could still make it, but I don't see us getting past the first or second round..ptt81 said:
I concur. Don't see us in the playoffs
Rotation isn't everything... Look at the Orioles. They get in because of what they do in the bullpen.Mexi said:dbacks have no shot
Rockies do have a shot at the wild card maybe
Im just not sure about that rotation for a full season. Youngest in mlb
Can it hold up at coors for a full year? Man i just dont know
You're probably right. The point is though, they win with a lot of unexpected players. They beat you in ways you wouldn't expect. Statistically, a lot of teams are better than the Orioles, yet, the Orioles win by grinding out games. They have a bunch of low average homerun hitters who hit homeruns at the right times. They don't have a flashy rotation, but they get the job done and their bullpen can be very lethal.CameronCrazy06 said:Everybody on this forum believes the Orioles have been a fluke for the past five years so that take is falling on deaf ears
Worked pretty well for the Royals. They didn't even have a high powered offense. Just a team that put the ball in play, played elite defense, and had an elite pensnipezo said:Anything's possible with a high powered offense and an elite bullpen, I guess.
