Not sure why Kevin Love is getting so much love for coming out and saying he gets panic attacks

So many people have panic attacks, its not even a big deal

Demar coming out with depression is way more serious and that barely got talked about

I just feel like panic attacks arent something to be embarrased or be ashamed of really

Depression is a different story

I know a lot of people and a few friends who have it and talk about it quite openly

Just never thought panic attacks is something tough to talk about but i obviously dont know how i feels when u have em so i cant talk

As for Demar, yea he got praise but i feel like it all died down quick when depression is a lot more serious

Either way its cool that they did that, i just never thought of panic attacks as that serious

 
My wife has them. It's a really tough thing for someone to relate to who has never experienced it. When she has one, she is not herself. And all i want to do is help, but I can't. It's something she has to work through on her own. There is definitely a perceived stigma for people who suffer from them. I can count the number of people who know my wife has them on one hand. She likes to keep it a secret. Guess I let the cat out of the bag  
 
But his releasing the article is a big deal for him, and should give all of us pause when we are so critical of players when we dont know all the facts. I dont imagine working with LeBron is a good thing for someone suffering from severe anxiety LOL. I hope Kevin Love finds the right support and can manage this with his career. Good for him.

I hear ya, but the Rox are on national tv a lot this year. I was ticked i couldnt watch local broadcast last night and was subjected to the trash TNT commentators.
