This needs to change, Russ needs to play aggresive, hes being way to nice and trying to keep everyone happy.

When russ is aggresive and does his thing this year which results in a triple double, they’re 4-0

When hes letting melo try to run the offense and PG, they’re 0-6

I get he has to keep them happy, but they also have to win
