it'd be interesting to see stats from their first unit vs. their second unit. CP3 runs the second unit when Harden is on the bench. They are rarely both sitting. But the drop off from Klay to Swaggy P is a big one, as is the drop off for the rest. The GSW bench isnt as strong as it has been in recent years, but it is solid enough when you consider their 4 all-stars

They definitely have done it in the regular season, but definitely wont in the playoffs in a competitive series

He is, but I always assumed he did that on purpose to allow the team more flexibility in the offseason. He seemed very committed to the organization at the time he signed.
