paul george being on an expiring contract, it acts as a NTC in a way. sure, the clippers could trade for him regardless of his desires, but then he could walk with nothing in return.
if they called the thunder about a swap, and PG tells presti that he's not re-signing with the Clippers, then LA never officially offers Blake, and the deal is never able to be rejected by OKC.
