capela is an rfa
 
and no theyre not. they're at $27M in cap space if they renounce the rights to CP3, Ariza, and Capela. If they just renounce Ariza and Capela (leaving CP3's birds available), they're $12M over the cap.

embiids will kick in next year i believe but jj is only on a one year. i think la has more coming up tho
