Me and a sim league buddy(bulls fan too) got a theory

We trade niko for favors and a first, then trade favors for stanley and leuer

This way you guys save your first, have a favors and drummond experiment, and if it doesnt work out, hes expiring so let him walk and free up 16ish mil in cap since yall cap is pretty fucked and since yall gonna wanna give Bradley his bag, freeing up cap should be a priority in all of this

Feel like this is beneficial for all 3 teams

• jazz give up a 1st (currently projected #11) to go from favors to mirotic -- at best a lateral move (i'd argue its a step down)
• pistons trade stanley and leuer for favors... why?
 
 
I'm not attached to either johnson or leuer for detroit, as they both are really nothing, but thats a trade for trades sake. 
the concept of Mirotic to DET was to get a stretch four next to Drummond to space the court... favors couldn't be a worse player to put next to drummond tbh
 
this deal only looks good for chicago, who'd get stanley and the #11 pick for mirotic

he's a ufa, so thats reason #1 why he wont get Otto money. Porter was an RFA, and teams knew if they offered him $18M/yr that the Wiz would match. And hell, they matched a max contract offer too
 
bradley should get paid, but how much is the real question. i'd gap him inbetween what teague got last year ($19M/yr) and what jrue got ($26M/yr). Jrue got overpaid and AB shouldn't go near that $26M figure, but $21-24 is more reasonable

im thinking $22M. too rich for my blood so going after niko makes sense. gives us a chance to improve a bit and we can keep our roster for next year and try to improve internally
