Hes not the same player, great narrative though
Ok he tries a little more on defense, pretty much the same on offense.

Top 10? Top 15? Around where do you think he should be appropriately ranked?

When we talked about Kyrie and ECF/being able to lead a team or whatever success/failure for him is this season, he was already on the Celtics so dont bring up “best situation” or Stevens like this just happened now

Plus at that point back then, Hayward was fully healthy

Now hes leading a team with a 19 and 20 year old in the starting line up and they have the best record in the league

His efficiency is way up, his defense is way up, and hes leading. Before you bring up Horford, this team wouldnt be where they are now without Kyrie and the amount of times he came thru for them in 4th quarter. Celtics have made alot of comebacks and Horford wouldnt be able to do shit without Kyrie. Kyrie is the reason. The reason team has confidence in those moments when they’re down, the reason they are where they are now. Since you love stats so much, he has better advanced stats than Horford thru the entire board. Better per 100 possesion stats, better PER, better BPM, better WS, better VORP, better ORTG, same DRTG, and again, way ahead of him in the clutch.

Also its funny how many times you used the argument how Kyrie lost so many games when Bron was out or before Bron came back to Cleveland, but now when hes actually succeeding you give no credit and call him the same player when hes clearly not. All he did was iso in Lebron ball. Even IF he was the same player, hes still leading this young team without Hayward and winning and your biggest argument was that he wouldnt be able to win without Lebron because he apparently always struggled without him, so you were wrong there in the first place because hes proving you wrong now. But since hes winning AND hes a better player than he was in Cleveland, take two L’s. The next L is coming in May/June.

No shit, really? What an insightful answer.

I like how you don't even want to admit he's as good as a lot of people say

to be fair to BNC, the Celtics turned Isaiah Thomas into a MVP caliber player and he had no value before coming there

That's a patented CC debate tactic.

Can't be wrong if you never put your opinion out there.

It's brilliant. I'm a big fan.

So thats the excuse BNC has because Isaiah was also good in Boston? Kyrie wasnt who IT was before getting to Boston, Kyrie was already one of the best players in the league. Hes not playing well because its the system, hes playing well because hes Kyrie Irving

BNC repeated million times how Kyrie cant win when Bron is off the floor or before Bron went back and used that as his back up on why Kyrie wont be able to win or lead a team but now Kyrie is winning so lets use the Boston and Brad excuse? Even though he was saying all that bullshit after Kyrie got traded and we all knew he was gonna play for Stevens?

Come on now
