Yes, Boston can trade Brown, Tatum, Morris, Yabusele, and Nader (plus whatever picks) for Davis if the Pelicans wanted to.
 
But Anthony Davis is under contract until 2020-21, which means he still has two more seasons under his contract until he hits the point that Boogie was at last year, and Kyrie+PG13 were this offseason. They'd be dumb as hell to trade him unless Anthony publicly announced he refuses to play for the team.
 
But yeah, the Celtics would run away with that deal if New Orleans offered it. It doesn't matter who the fifth starter is: come 2018 a lineup of Kyrie-Hayward-AD-Horford with any fifth starter would be the easy favorites to win the East and a serious threat to the Warriors. Its not even a question of if Boston would do it, its whether the Pels would be dumb enough to
