Lucroy was a MVP candidate two years ago. He's def the #1 C in baseball

Lucroy is one of the best defensive catchers in baseball. He's above average in pitch framing and is very good at throwing out base stealers

Perez is just better defensively. He has been the last 4 seasons. He's probably the best defensive catcher in baseball.

I think saying he is the top offensive catcher is a little too much.
