he's definitely better as a 43 SAM than a 43 RE
lets him fully utilize his athleticism and speed rather than it relying solely on his arms and technique

Last night's giants game is exactly why I always believe if you don't have an offensive-line, you are fucking toast. Maybe not? Giants defense played lights out and bailed them out of this game completely. The o-line is fucking soft.

Ereck Flowers is a terrible offensive lineman, or please move him to RT or something. He's been really terrible. I couldn't believe my eyes when seeing him not even touch that defensive end and lead to the sack.

Way too soft, it's a godamn turnstile. Makes me wonder if it's the offensive coach who cannot make adjustments...

I was genuinely shocked when Flowers entered the draft after his junior year.  He was certainly an NFL caliber prospect, but I didn't think he was nearly good enough to be a first round pick at that point... let alone a top 10 pick.

I think the Giants just panicked once Scherff was off the board.

I've always said Flowers would be a great RT and I stand by it. LT is a completely different technique and doesn't fit him well really in terms of his lateral agility

Giants need to draft a LT for sure

Must have, how was he in college? To me, he looks soft and scared to be physical.

He was always a mauler in the run game, but he never seemed like he was capable of keeping up with the more athletic pass rushers.

I might still take Geno just based on potential, but shit...

That has to be the worst QB class of all time.

idk 2007 was awful too

best one in the entire draft was probably matt moore, who went undrafted. either him or kevin kolb

I'd take Trent Edwards over every player mentioned on this page.

Man, the saints would definitely be undefeated if not for the refs. Such a travesty

Brees has thrown for 0 TDs and 6 picks in the last two games, and he's still tied for the 2nd highest completion percentage in NFL history.

Flowers was better at RT. Its why we need Pugh back so Flowers can go back to the right side.

Also i agree, ODB is better.

As long as you don't make contact with the snapper, it's legal. If you hit any part of the long snapper during the jump, it's a penalty.

I thought it could've been called covering up the center
