I did see a report on Reddit saying that those with taller hair have worse shooting percentages because it messes up their release point. Marcus Smart had his fohawk last year but not his rookie year and his numbers plummeted. Jaylen Brown has really solid form and makes occasional shots too but rims out on a ton.

Smart already "fixed" his hair (it looks retarded as fuck but it's not the fohawk) and Jaylen needs to do the same. It sounds really stupid, but the numbers don't lie
