I dont see why Boston is twice as likely to win over Toronto. Vegas Odds don't project future trades, and right now Toronto is better than us.
 
I'd put Boston and Toronto at 22/1 personally

Vegas odds are based on public opinion, not actual odds

Playoffs have alot to do with luck too, gs also had bogut hurt which changed everything drastically. All year long gs clearly the best team tho... they just simply choked, with a little bit of help from the NBA
