I think this is the best game he's ever played, either this or Boston game 6

He's not clutch though, can't handle the pressure

And LeBron is FMVP regardless of what happens on Sunday (assuming he plays well)

I think he's been more impressive this year, plus if it's not him who is it? At least last year there were guys deserving of it, no one on the Warriors has really stood out

If Curry has a big game 7 I imagine he'd win the mvp

If Warriors win, Curry will get FMVP regardless of how he plays in Game 7. Could be Draymond if he has a huge game on either end of the floor but hes been too quiet the last 2-3 games

Worst time for Warriors to be dealing with injuries. They gonna need a 100% healthy Iggy to defend LeBron

Lue better start RJ and limit Love to 15 minutes in game 7

The NBA league office once again takes center stage heading into Game 7 of the NBA Finals on Sunday.

Like teammate Draymond Green, who was the center of attention after Game 4 for his groin shot on Cavaliers superstar LeBron James, Warriors point guard and league MVP Stephen Curry now enters the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.

The mild-mannered Curry, flustered throughout the Warriors' 115-101 Game 6 loss by Cleveland’s defense and his inability to draw fouls, lost his cool with 4:22 remaining in the fourth quarter with Golden State trailing 99-87.

After drawing his sixth foul, Curry, while arguing with referee Jason Phillips, threw his mouthpiece and hit a fan sitting courtside near the Cavaliers’ bench.

Like all on-court incidents, the NBA will conduct a thorough investigation with Curry and determine if a fine or suspension is warranted.

The NBA likely will look at two prior incidents when examining the Curry case.

In October 2015, Clippers guard Austin Rivers was fined $25,000 for throwing a seat cushion into the stands and hitting a fan.

In December 2014, Utah’s Enes Kanter was fined $25,000 for throwing his mouthpiece into the stands.

Based on history, it isn’t difficult to surmise that Curry will likely receive – at the minimum – a $25,000 fine.

The Curry incident is different than the one-game suspension Miami forward Udonis Haslem served during the 2006 playoffs and the one-game suspension Indiana's Reggie Miller served in 2001 for throwing his gum at referee Eddie Rush.

Haslem, in a first-round game against Chicago, threw his mouthpiece in frustration toward referee Joey Crawford.

Had Curry hit Phillips with the mouthpiece, the league office would likely have had no choice but to suspend Curry.

So basically, the unintended target of Curry’s frustration is the reason why he will most likely play in Game 7.

This series has really made me reconsider if LeBron is still the best player in this league, at least when he wants to be.

Woj wrote an article after the game about how winning a title would free LeBron to leave, as if he's some kind of prisoner. The media is just special

LeBron can do this in short stretches, but impossible for him to sustain this level over a season, to where Steph's game is effortless and easy to repeat for him. Not as many miles on those legs.

That is fucking glorious. I don't know who misses more wide open shots, Barnes or Shumpert.
