I do find it amusing that people think one year of college will magically make him more ready

I don't get why he wouldn't be accepted to the draft

He's in a pg year; he should be good

Gary Payton's kid.  I've never seen him play, but he has the name, so he's good enough for me.

I do like Uthoff, though. He should find a home somewhere in the league with his length and shooting ability.  Provided he can add some bulk.

Were's Brogdon going?

I can see him becoming a steal.. but he's gotta develop a shot off the dribble.. defense and ability to get to the baskets already there.

They say Ulis is a 2nd too.. that's way too low imo

Couple of the guys I like have been mentioned, but I have a few more in mind.

Paul Zipser is a foreign wing, I'd take this guy with a first rounder. Think a more athletic, better shooting, better defending Joe Ingles. He's got good size, he's versatile, good instincts, good rebounder, think the thing that keeps him from being mentioned as a better prospect is he can't really create his own offense and if his shot isn't falling he's not all that useful.

And a guy some of you probably know, Caris Levert. Think he's a guy that can flat out shoot the ball, rebound, and pass. He's questionable defensively, not enough foot speed to defend PG's and too thin to defend wings. He's a project, but I think if teams can stay patient and allow him to put on some muscle he can be a passable defender, and if he's passable on that end then with his offensive skillset he could be a valuable player for a team. I'm not sure he doesn't climb up draft boards though.

2nd right now, I think he's comparable to Draymond in the way that he's got enough skills that with his basketball IQ he will figure out how to make his defencies work.

Buddy measured 6'5 even with shoes, 6'9.25" wingspan. Pretty good for him.

I do think its time to move Skal back into the top five discussion - clearly very very skilled

Another source that watched Skal Labissiere yesterday: "Skal was unreal in his workouts, not just terrific."

I think there's a legitimate chance he goes top 5

I do as well. Simmons, Ingram, Bender, and Hield???

Assuming Murray would be that fifth guy

yep -- those will be the top 5 most likely

I'd be fine with him at #3 if we ended there tbh. That wingspan is enough to play some SF, and he'll be a lights out shooter

Not sure that he'll go that high. He has an incredible ceiling, but he's so raw that he'll be a long project. With a lot of top-heavy star power in this draft, I don't think a team in that sort of position will go with a boom-or-bust type of pick.
