In regards to Price, he's just getting unlucky for the most part. Very high BABIP that'll come down, his FIP is excellent and is striking out slightly over 12 batters per 9 (thats Kershaw/Sale territory).

 
That's fair with his BABIP. That's likely to come down. Though I do think there's also a lot to be said with the run support he's been mostly getting, he can't expect to keep getting bailed out. K's are nice and he is a K pitcher so it's a good sign but FIP and K/9 can be a bit overblown, particularity when 14 are against the Braves. He just needs to find a way to get outs and he's making far too many uncharacteristic, costly mistakes with his command, particularity in key situations.

Not to turn this into a huge debate, but in Papi's case, there are too many questions. We don't know what he tested for and whether that triggered a false positive. That list wasn't even supposed to be revealed to begin with.

Damn that Cubs team is a juggernaut, they just swept the Nationals in a 4 game series. You knew Arrieta was going to be great, but Lester has exceeded expectations and Hammel has a 1.85 era. Lackey hasnt even pitched that well so far either. And Schwarber is out the year, holy crap.
