this reminds me of the time back in 2006 when the Yankees swept the Sox in a five game series in September. Put the dagger in the Sox.

Except the roles are reversed.

I'm no pitching expert but why even consider throwing to Hanley right now?

Since August 12th, Hanley has 14 HR and 42 RBIs. His batting average has also jumped from .271 to .294 by hitting .366 over this stretch, all in just 32 games.

Fucking unreal

Hanley hit .345/.402/.638 in 2013 in 81 games
(As a comp, Miggy hit .348/.442/.636 that year and won mvp)

Then fucker joe kelly threw at his rib, broke his rib and pretty much ended our postseason because of it

Moral of the story. Dont let Hanley get hit in the ribs

Red Sox also went four straight, but it wasn't the same dramatic comeback.

shit rewatched the footage. Padres even scored in the top of the tenth. Could you imagine if they didn't win after all that.

At 37, Adrian Beltre is still a fucking 5 win player. Talk about consistency, man. What a boss.

I'm sick of the Rangers. Can't wait to for them to inevitably choke in October again.
