35 games over .500 now

NL Central is in the bag, NL all but in the bag. Time to get some spot starters in the rotation and ensure these guys are all fresh in October

Taking the foot off the pedal could hurt the team to a second round exit

I think they should just back down with the starting pitching. I would just make it a 6 man rotation down the stretch to save 5-10 innings off the arms of Arrieta and Lester. Doesn't seem like much but that could keep them fresh for the NLDS and so on. Maddon already seems to have a 100 PC limit on these guys but that's another they hopefully keep an eye on

Yeah it was a fluke. Took a 10-3 lead into the ninth. He shouldn't have needed to come in. Still got the save though

Wait til you see gary sanchez hype

But to his credit, hes freaking mashing right now. 8 homers in 17 games, 2 tonight
montero was shit behind the plate though. sanchez might actually end up being a good defensive catcher to go along with a decent bat.

Obviously there's no way he can keep this up but Gary Sanchez is on another plateau right now.
