While this is obviously pretty bias, Mookie Betts IMO does have a legitimate shot at MVP. I don't think he can pass Donaldson or Trout, but he could be worth 7 wins this year.

Don't see what's overly wrong with that. I doubt Cespedes plays the way he does last year. Sure pitching is great, but I don't think anyone is in love with the offense.
 
The Marlins are going to have a full year of Stanton and Fernandez baring injuries as well. Plus this is baseball. Anything can happen. Everyone had the Nationals pegged as NL East champions last year.

What's wrong with it is Cespedes wasn't the only reason. Around that sane time, Conforto was called up and darnaud came back from injury. People forget we were a .500 team with John Mayberry, Michael Cuddyer and Eric Campbell in the starting lineup every day.
